Future Education Modena (https://fem.digital/)

is an international EdTech center, with a strong national and European positioning, which was born to innovate education and bring learning into the 21st century. It has a team of 60 people, a network of over 200 collaborators and a network of national and international partners. It is organized into 10 strategic areas of R&D in the learning field (from neuroscience to artificial intelligence, from environmental sciences to data science, from game-based learning to advanced design), has trained over 120,000 people and impacted over 1.5 million students in the last 4 years through 300 original educational and training formats, has launched 4 EdTech startups and is incubating 6 more. It organized and manages Learning More Festival, the first Festival dedicated to the frontiers of the Learning field. We bring a radical vision of innovation for the Learning and Human Capital sectors. Joining the Wonderful Education and Future Education Modena team means contributing to the design, offering and acceleration of a system of highly technological and socially impactful educational, training and research projects.

  • Contract part-time or full-time (minimum 20 hours per week);
  • Budget : 20,000 - 25,000 per year (to be adjusted for part-time);
  • Presence on site request : the position has a strong connection with the territory, therefore we will give priority to people who can ensure presence on site.
  • Organization of courses and other FEM formats, managing the allocated resources and the people who deliver them (trainers and designers) and the relationship with the stakeholders involved;
  • Support the design, implementation and management of Academy and Learning Design activities, in collaboration with the senior reference figure (Head of Learning) and interacting with the area referents;
  • Support for activities related to learning design, from contact with potential stakeholders to the creation of the Academy formats (digital and/or on the territory), in collaboration with FEM operational offices and disciplinary teams;
  • Implement the FEM Academy's processes, particularly in building the activity catalog, defining formats, and implementing the various courses and formats, both online and in person.

Must Have

  • Excellent G-Suite skills, especially Google Sheets and Google Calendar;
  • A particular interest in the world of education, and its intersection with the world of innovation.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude);
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
  • Previous helpdesk, secretarial, or project management experience.
