- Identify issues, form hypotheses, and conduct analyses to produce actionable client recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients across Europe to develop strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Master’s degree
- Broad experience in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Toyota Production System, kaizen, TPM, JIT, SMED)
- Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
- Willingness and ability to undertake European assignments during the work week
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English and local office language
