Lead the construction and industrial services scope for a new manufacturing site, coordinating a cross-functional team to oversee capital investments and ensure a smooth startup of utilities and facilities. The role spans from concept studies to project closeout, influencing safety, compliance, and performance. You will drive multi-party coordination, documentation, and commissioning to deliver reliable assets for Purina’s production operations. This is a high-impact, globally oriented project leadership opportunity.

- Manage third parties such as General contractor, technical client, system integrator
- Manage project documentation and digitalization per group standard
- Issue Project specific User Requirement specification (URS) integrating standard URS
- Coordinate third party tendering and work allocation
- Achieve FAT, SAT, commissioning and close Snag list
- Control project communication with environmental authorities
- Ensure consistency between progress reports and execution; validate deviations and change orders
- Experience in construction (civil) and industrial services engineering, preferably in food manufacturing (min 10 years)
- Experience operating or supervising others who operate industrial services systems
- Manufacturing projects management (5 years) in an international project environment
- Capital investment project management experience (~15 MCHF)
- Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment methods
- PMI certification or equivalent
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Cross-functional collaboration
