Senior RF

ams OSRAM in Italy seeks an experienced Senior Validation Engineer to lead bring-up and verification of RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal and high-speed digital ICs. You will design validation plans, characterize across PVT, and drive root-cause analysis for silicon issues.

Proven success from first silicon to production and strong instrumentation skills with VNAs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and BER testers are required. Collaborative cross-functional work is essential.
