Overview

As a Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist, you provide expert support for diagnostic hardware across Europe, handling complex troubleshooting and on-site or remote assistance. You become a subject-matter expert in immunoassays and instrumentation, driving timely service and high customer satisfaction. You will monitor support metrics, identify improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service efficiency and parts usage. Responsabilità
  • Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems (instruments, devices, peripherals)
  • Respond to customer inquiries with on-site or remote support when needed
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of the diagnostic hardware line and common issues
  • Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Pro-active actions to improve service efficiency and cost of parts across Europe
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices
  • Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
  • Willingness to travel up to ~70% within Europe
