As Head of Cloud, you will lead MotorK’s cloud platform evolution toward an AI-driven, scalable infrastructure. You will shape a modern cloud engineering culture, drive CI/CD, SRE, and infra maintenance, and partner with cross-functional teams to align cloud governance with cost and security. You’ll build an observability-driven, AI-enabled cloud that supports thousands of clients with SLA commitments. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast-growing, automotive SaaS environment.

- Lead the cloud platform transformation and adopt AI-first cloud practices
- Drive CI/CD, SRE adoption, and infrastructure maintenance across products
- Develop and manage observability platform ensuring SLO/SLA adherence
- Establish cloud governance, security, networking, and cost control (FinOps)
- Architect scalable IaC approaches and AWS governance at scale
- Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Mentor and lead the technology team; communicate with senior management
- Collaborate with development teams to promote best practices across the org
- 8+ years in live production cloud infrastructure
- Experience with AWS and Kubernetes in large-scale, production environments
- Proven track record implementing SRE frameworks and observability
- AI-first / AI-driven mindset
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, governance, security, and networking
- Experience with IaC at scale and cost control (FinOps)
- CI/CD tooling and DevOps adoption experience
- Leadership experience and ability to communicate with senior management
