ABB Robotics is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive commercial success and adoption of ABB's welding software portfolio. You will bridge customer needs, sales and product development to grow software business and ensure long-term value.
The role is hybrid with global reach and European locations preferred. You will identify opportunities, grow the pipeline with local sales teams, support negotiations, and pursue upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts.
