Overview

You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of Henkel’s local IT infrastructure in Italy, supporting production and critical operations. In a cross-functional, international environment, you’ll collaborate with Global/Regional IT and plant teams to manage changes, deploy new components, and uphold security and compliance. You will diagnose and resolve local IT/OT incidents to minimise production impact and drive service excellence. This role offers hands-on infrastructure work with opportunities to grow your technical expertise and impact across a global organization.

Responsabilità

Operate and maintain local server and network infrastructure in Italy
Identify, classify, and resolve failures in local IT/OT infrastructure to minimise production impact
Coordinate changes with Global/Regional IT to ensure service excellence and meet local requirements
Execute roll-out activities for new standard operations and tech components (setup, deployment, launch, decommissioning)
Ensure local compliance and security with corporate policies and standards

Requisiti fondamentali

3+ years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, ICT Engineering, or related fields
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
MS Office proficiency
