We're hiringItalian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a digital bank, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. If you've worked with people's money before and want an international move that's already sorted, this is for you.
What's in it for you- €1,050 gross monthly cash compensation
- €1,000 signing bonus when you sign your contract
- €500 loyalty bonus after 6 months (€1,500 in bonuses in total)

- Flight ticket reimbursed
- 15 days of paid training before you take your first customer
- Start date: 29 October 2026
- Support customers of a digital banking service in Italian and English
- Resolve account, payment, and product questions clearly and accurately
- Work on-site in Lisbon with a team of colleagues
- Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum)
- At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
- EU passport holder, so no visa needed
- Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends
- Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site
- 40 hours per week
- 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
- 2 rotating days off per week
