Join Tory Burch as an Associate Buyer to shape the EMEA Outlet assortment and ensure a premium customer experience. You will partner with the buying and planning teams to curate products, analyze performance, and implement in-season strategies across a growing European store network. You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize inventory, pricing, and presentation while staying ahead of trends in luxury fashion. Responsabilità
  • Build assortments during market and develop buying strategies by classification
  • Evaluate SKU productivity and in-store presentation for the line
  • Analyze customer insights via store visits and product performance reports
  • Conduct competitive analyses and stay current with trends
  • Maintain buy plans and coordinate cross-functional communications
  • Execute in-season strategies and markdowns; respond to store requests
  • Review historical performance weekly at category/item level
  • Coordinate receipt plans, margins/IMU targets, and product flow with planning and senior buyers
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with stores, Marketing, PR, EComm, Visual, and Retail Operations
  • Support reporting and data collection for business recap and action proposals
  • Keep warehouse dates accurate and flag delivery delays
  • Participate in open-to-buy forecasting with planning
  • Collaborate on assortment planning, OTB, and allocations to optimize inventory
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Proven track record in Buying/Merchandising in luxury/premium fashion
  • 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably with Outlet experience
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; advanced Excel
  • Experience working with multiple currencies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Independent, proactive, collaborative, and results-driven
  • Strong IT and data handling skills; comfortable with large datasets
  • Familiarity with SAP and MicroStrategy is a plus
  • Leads by example; positive and supportive management style
