Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for aSkin Health Scientist

Work area: Pomezia

Contractual situation: 12 fixed-term contract

Responsabilità

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and support projects aligned with brand
• Support end-to-end developmentactivities, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure successful project delivery
• Perform hands-on technical work, support the manufacturing scale-up team,data analysis, and pipeline execution
• Utilize expertise in formulations, ingredientselection, raw material management, and cost optimization
• Translate product science into consumer-relevant insights
• Prepare technical reports/manuscripts, provideproject updates, and facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration to generate new ideas and solutions.

Functie-eisen

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Level: BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering,Biotechnology, or related field.
• Language Level: Fluent in English (written and spoken), minimum C1 level.
• Ability to work independently, organize and execute assigned tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow for multiple initiatives
• Strong ability to monitor timelines, identify and escalaterisks, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
