Offer Description
The position involves managing and executing in vivo and ex vivo experimental protocols
dedicated to analyzing the immune response. Responsibilities include handling and treating
animal models to perform specific immunization programs. Derived biological preparations and
samples are subsequently characterized using high-sensitivity immunoassays, specifically ELISA
for quantifying analytes and cytokines, and ELISpot for single-cell resolution cellular response
profiling. The role contributes to validating humoral and cell-mediated responses, ensuring
reliable data traceability, compliance with animal research regulations, and precision in executing
immunoassays.
