Overview

You join SD Worx’s multinational legal team to support the Italian business on commercial, contract and IT law matters. You will advise management on risk and ensure pragmatic, timely guidance that enables business objectives. The role involves negotiating and drafting agreements, supporting tenders and acquisitions, and aligning documentation with corporate policies. You will collaborate across Europe to drive compliant growth in a dynamic HR solutions environment. You’ll travel to Milan and contribute to continuous legal improvements.

Responsabilità
  • Provide legal guidance to the Italian business across diverse matters and projects.
  • Advise management on risk assessment and mitigation to support business goals.
  • Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements and terms and conditions.
  • Support public tenders, procurement procedures, and interactions with public authorities.
  • Deliver accurate, proactive legal advice in a timely manner.
  • Manage claims and liaise with external counsel for litigation matters.
  • Develop and update legal templates and best practices in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor new local legislation impacting the business.
  • Participate in the Italian Management Team and travel to Milan as needed.
  • Contribute to communication and training on legal policies, templates, and processes.
  • Support integration of newly acquired subsidiaries, aligning contracts and policies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the legal department.
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Master’s degree in Italian law
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an in-house legal counsel focusing on commercial, contract and/or IT law
  • Knowledge of Albanian law is an asset
  • Bar admission is an asset
  • Experience with M&A and post-acquisition integration is an asset
  • Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
  • Ability to translate legal complexity into pragmatic business advice
  • Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation and contract drafting skills
  • Proactive problem-solving, hands-on mindset, and autonomous teamwork
