EntityMedical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks a Mobility LPN to work under supervision of a Registered Nurse and assist patients with mobility, ambulation, and transfers. You will document mobility levels per shift and update AM-PAC scores to support patient care outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a Practical Nurse program background, LPN NCLEX, and at least one year of patient care experience along with current BLS certification.
