Overview

In this role, you will lead electronic quality across manufacturing operations, ensuring processes and products meet specifications and customer expectations. You’ll act as the cross-functional reference for electronic quality topics, driving problem solving, containment, and continuous improvement. You’ll work with Production, R&D and Supply Chain to raise quality benchmarks and prevent non-conformities. Responsabilità
  • Lead problem-solving for electronic and software issues on the assembly line
  • Perform failure analysis on electronic boards/components from field or production, identify root causes
  • Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Manage non-conformities for electronic parts with containment and corrective actions
  • Implement quality standards, procedures, and control systems
  • Conduct internal process audits to verify compliance and identify improvements
  • Analyze production data and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement (e.g., Kaizen)
  • Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain to set quality benchmarks and resolve issues
  • Ensure processes and products meet technical specs and customer expectations
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering in electronics manufacturing
  • Deep knowledge of electronic components, PCB assembly (SMT, THT), and testing processes
  • Experience with electronic failure analysis techniques and relevant lab equipment
  • Proficiency with problem-solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa/5 Whys)
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 QA systems and auditing techniques
  • Knowledge of ERP SAP
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma is a strong plus
