In this role you lead the end-to-end acquisition and industrialization of mobility components, coordinating with sales, R&D and manufacturing to bring projects to profitable series production. You will manage projects in Vehicle Motion, Automated Driving Assistance, Automotive Electronics or Powertrain within the PEBGIT/EIT group and drive cross-functional execution aligned with business-area processes. Your broad automotive technical knowledge makes you a key stakeholder to satisfy customer specs and internal teams. This position offers international collaboration and a chance to shape sustainable mobility solutions at Bosch.

- Own the full project acquisition process in collaboration with Sales Manager
- Coordinate with R&D and manufacturing to industrialize components
- Plan projects according to business-area processes
- Lead projects to achieve series production
- Ensure profitability and compliance with specifications
- Act as primary liaison to customers and internal project teams
- Manage cross-functional project execution and risks
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery
- Support career development and knowledge sharing within the team
- Master in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related field)
- Fluent in English and Italian; German a strong plus
- Proven automotive project acquisition and management experience
- Ideally PMP certification
- Min. 3 years in a project management role in automotive
- Strong analytical thinking, autonomy and teamwork
