In this role you lead a maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will drive preventive maintenance, manage budgets and spares, and support data-driven improvement to maximize plant performance. You collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain asset reliability and safety. This position combines hands-on technical leadership with planning and continuous improvement in a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Responsabilità- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production
- Ensure safety, quality, and company policy compliance across maintenance operations
- Plan, schedule, and assign work based on priority and skills
- Identify and resolve issues affecting productivity, equipment performance, safety, or product quality
- Develop and continuously improve preventive maintenance plans, procedures, and checklists
- Manage maintenance emergencies and provide technical direction during breakdowns
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Monitor budgets, evaluate repair costs, and control maintenance spending
- Manage spare parts inventory and supplier relationships for availability and cost control
- Track maintenance activities, equipment performance, and KPIs to enable data-driven improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field) or a technical diploma with relevant maintenance experience
- Minimum 3 years in maintenance or supervisory role within manufacturing/industrial environment
- Proven experience leading or coordinating technical maintenance teams
- Experience using CMMS or similar digital maintenance management tools
- Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies
- Problem-solving mindset

- Team leadership and collaboration
- CMMS or similar maintenance management tools
- Industrial automation knowledge (preferably Siemens PLC platforms)
- Maintenance KPIs and performance dashboards
