You will be trained and supported to master high-tech equipment deployed at major industrial clients in Europe and abroad.
Your Mission
Your mainresponsibilities
- Install, commission and testSidel equipment, including single machines and complete production lines
- Troubleshoot, prevent and adoptcorrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical and automated machines withinhigh-speed production lines
- Execute precise technicaldiagnostics, share feedback with internal support teams and propose correctiveactions
- Administrate equipment upgradesand optimisation, including hardware and software updates
- Collaborate closely withproject managers and technical support teams to ensure customersatisfaction
- Train and empower client operators andmaintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment handling
- Report after sales opportunitiesdetected on Customer site;
- Comply fully with Sidel andclient safety rules, with clear communications throughout interventions
Your Profile
- Technical degree (automation, mechatronics,electrotechnics, industrial maintenance…)
- Strong technical curiosity andeagerness to learn continuously
- Field experience preferred orstrong motivation to learn on the job
- Fluent in English, essentialfor working in a multicultural team
- Willingness to travelextensively (often>80% of the time) and adapt to different international environments
- Excellent interpersonal skillsand customer service mindset
