As Manufacturing Manager for Molding & Extrusion, you will lead a large production organization to meet volume, quality, and efficiency targets within a regulated healthcare manufacturing environment. You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, oversee KPI performance, and champion continuous improvement and safety. This strategic role supports growth initiatives and organizational transformation, shaping production processes and team capability in a global setting.

- Lead the Molding and Extrusion departments to achieve targets for volume, quality, and efficiency
- Manage a production team of ~70 employees across continuous shifts
- Coordinate Production Planning, Quality, Documentation, Shift Leaders, and Supervisors
- Monitor KPIs (OEE, scrap rate, productivity, efficiency) and drive improvements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Support production planning and ensure alignment with business priorities and demand
- Promote safety, compliance, accountability, and operational excellence
- Lead performance management activities (reviews, salary reviews, development, engagement) and act as People contact in the department with HR
- Define roles, responsibilities, and team structures aligned with growth and change
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System, GMPs, and medical device regulations; participate in audits
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in Production/Manufacturing Management or similar leadership roles
- Strong people management experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience supervising large production teams and shift leads
- Solid understanding of production planning, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience tracking and improving OEE, productivity, efficiency, and scrap reduction
- Ability to manage organizational complexity and drive change in a dynamic manufacturing setting
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in regulated industries is valued but not mandatory
- Exposure to injection molding and/or extrusion is a strong plus
