Moncler in Serravalle is seeking a Full-Time Floor Supervisor to lead the boutique team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional client experience while upholding Moncler’s elevated standards.
You will coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations, and collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives and maintain impeccable brand presentation.
Fluent Italian and English are required, with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
