As a Full Stack Engineer at accesso in Milan, you will contribute to the Horizon ticketing and visitor management system, helping scale and maintain a robust platform. You’ll work with a seasoned team to deploy, operate, and upgrade services, while collaborating across engineering groups to deliver reliable software. The role blends hands-on coding with feature documentation and alpha testing, with a strong emphasis on production readiness and end‑to‑end ownership. This is a hands-on role in a culture that values balance, versatility, and impact.

- Maintain and extend existing code to meet quality standards
- Document new features and bug fixes
- Assist with upgrades, training, and implementation activities
- Alpha test new code and ensure production readiness
- Own the full lifecycle of services including deployment and operation in production
- Collaborate with other engineering teams
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Java or similar OO language (e.g., C#)
- Experience with JSP technologies
- Experience with relational databases (Microsoft SQL) including complex SQL
- Experience with XML and JSON
- Experience writing unit tests for Java applications
- Ability to work in teams or independently with minimal direction
- Experience with Scrum practices and ceremonies
