Job Description:

Educational qualification:

Diploma / Master's degree in Electronics or Aerospace

Required experience level:

at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

Technical/IT skills:

• Knowledge of the main basic avionics systems
• Experience in defining requirements for on-board equipment
• Ability to use industry tools DOORS, Serena Dimension
• Knowledge of MIL STD 1553, ARINC 429 standards

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience relating to product requirement management and traceability
• Experience in defining test procedures
• Knowledge of Software development standards DO178 DO254

The Selection Process:

Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.

The selected candidates undergo a cognitive interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude-based, followed by an in-depth technical interview with the Business.

At the end of the process, feedback is provided to the person, both in case of a positive and negative outcome.
