As a Network System Engineer, you will design, test, and refine networking and security architectures for robust, verifiable systems. You will work on dedicated testbeds focused on PTP-based synchronization, redundancy, and Layer 2/3 functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align requirements with secure, compliant implementations. You’ll lead test campaigns, analyze outcomes, and support Common Criteria certification efforts. Responsabilità
  • Design, set up, and operate testbeds to verify networking functionality with emphasis on PTP synchronization, redundancy, and Layer 2/3 behavior
  • Prepare test environments, run campaigns, and analyze results
  • Support requirements engineering by defining system and subsystem networking requirements and ensuring proper allocation
  • Integrate cybersecurity requirements ensuring consistency among functional, performance, and security aspects
  • Define and validate configurations of network subsystems including routers, firewalls, and Linux hosts
  • Work on live systems and simulation environments to validate infrastructure behavior under varying conditions
  • Conduct impact analyses for Common Criteria certification, assessing how architecture and implementation affect security requirements and documentation
