Ashurst Perkins Coie Group is seeking a Tax Junior Associate to join our tax practice in Italy. The role focuses on transactional taxation, advising on financial, corporate and real estate tax matters, and supporting clients through M&A processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Law degree and have 1–2 years of experience in transactional tax, with fluent English (C1) and the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment. This is a full-time role based in Lombardy, Italy.
