Strategist - Health Innovation - La Spezia, Liguria, Italy

I’m supporting a global life sciences health innovation and consulting organisation in hiring a Strategist to help shape, launch, and scale innovative and digital health solutions for major pharmaceutical clients across Europe. This is a hands-on, strategy-led role sitting at the intersection of innovation, commercialization, and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver go-to-market and commercialization strategies for health and digital health innovations
• Support projects across the full lifecycle: idea -> launch -> scale
• Translate clinical, regulatory, and market requirements into clear strategic roadmaps
• Lead or contribute to client engagements, workshops, and pitches
• Produce high-quality strategic outputs (e.g. PowerPoint narratives) and support execution
• Collaborate across strategy, account, data, technology, medical, and commercial teams

You will bring

• Strong experience launching health or digital health innovations within pharma or healthcare
• Proven strategy and commercialization experience (consulting, agency, or in-house)
• Confidence managing client relationships and leading pitches
• A hands-on mindset, even at a senior level
• Fluent English (Italian and/or German a plus)
