As Team Leader Site Manager, you oversee MU installation projects across multiple sites, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution. You’ll manage MU Site Managers, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-site activities to meet time, cost, and quality targets. This role combines leadership with hands-on project control, influencing outcomes through team development and cross-functional collaboration. Responsabilità
  • Provide safe project execution authority within area of competency
  • Lead and develop MU Site Managers and ensure adherence to standards
  • Drive quality improvement in assembly and know-how transfer across sites
  • Document assembly issues and feed back to quality/product management
  • Manage cross-project escalation, deployment planning and capacity planning
  • Ensure project execution quality, deadlines and cost targets across sites
  • Generate cross-project status reports and support continuous improvement with adjacent departments
  • Provide training and ensure compliance with standards within the team
  • Support sales with estimations and manage financial forecast for internal resources and external services
  • Own the WBS for installation tasks and oversee cost control in collaboration with site managers and PMs
  • Coordinate with procurement to define sub-contractors and release POs/GRs for their activities
  • Ensure ongoing site management support for projects and secure required supervision
Requisiti fondamentali
  • 3 years of managerial experience in assembly of machines and systems
  • Experience working with subcontractors and on-site teams
  • Ability to manage an on-site team
  • City & Guilds standard in mechanical or electrical discipline
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Effective communication at all levels
  • Clean driving licence
  • Ability to work at height
  • Availability for weekends/nights when required
  • MEWP Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Forklift Licence (desirable)
  • Native language of the country
  • English (B2 level minimum)
  • Knowledge of an additional language (Spanish, French, or Italian) (desirable)
