UNICEF is seeking a CRM Journeys Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys that boost donor engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will lead data-driven orchestration, testing, and performance optimization while aligning CRM with content, paid media, and Individual Giving priorities across UNICEF markets.
You will collaborate with global, regional, and market teams to strengthen CRM strategy, journey orchestration, reporting, and market capability.
