Overview

In this role you will help scale Nadara’s operations by driving automation and data-driven improvements across the Scalable Operations team. You’ll own dashboards, data quality, and AI-enabled processes to reduce manual work while maintaining reliability. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with Nadara’s strategy and report to the Head of Scalable Operations. This is a hands-on, technically focused position at the intersection of operations, analytics and automation.

Responsabilità
  • Independently own and execute mid-level operational tasks across all Scalable Operations workstreams
  • Manage end-to-end recurring processes: initiative status reviews, KPI data collection/reporting, Lessons Learned, TOM-adoption updates
  • Coordinate multi-department inputs, chase stakeholders, consolidate information, and maintain momentum across concurrent workstreams
  • Conduct structured data reviews and flag gaps/risks to the Lead
  • Support the Leads and Head of Scalable Operations in preparing COO-level outputs
  • Maintain centralised initiative dashboard and Scalable Operations tracking tools
  • Build and improve dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) as primary technical owner
  • Develop automations and AI agents (Excel/VBA, Python, Power Automate) to reduce manual effort
  • Work with IT&D and NAIT to build more complex agents and automations, advising on requirements
  • May act as point of contact for platforms (Maximo, Dynamics 365, Power BI, SharePoint)
  • Own Scalable Operations' data quality standards across tools
  • Maintain automation and AI backlog; validate AI outputs and design human review points
  • Assist in quantification and reporting of automation benefits for cost-to-serve tracking
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, VBA macros) - required
  • Basic coding: SQL; Python or VBA for automations - required
  • Proficiency in Power BI - required
  • Working knowledge of Maximo, Dynamics 365, SharePoint - preferred
  • Ability to structure data analyses and translate results for senior audiences
  • Strong process orientation and documentation skills
  • Comfortable making pragmatic decisions with partial information
  • Fast learner and independent navigator of unfamiliar systems/tools
  • Prompt engineering: ability to write and iterate structured prompts - required
  • Understanding of agentic automation patterns - preferred
  • Retrieval-based approaches (RAG) - preferred
  • Full-spectrum generalist: comfortable across multiple Scalable Operations topics
  • Proactive and autonomous: acts on gaps without prompting
  • Highly organised and reliable: strong personal systems
