In this role, you will lead the data strategy to strengthen risk decision-making by ensuring analytical data is accessible, well-structured, and aligned with operations. You’ll design scalable data models and pipelines within a federated Data Mesh, driving data quality and governance. You’ll enable self-service analytics and AI-powered workflows for stakeholders. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing fintech with a clear mission to improve financial lives.

- Design Data Architecture and Data Mesh delivery to enable scalable, governed data ownership
- Ensure high-quality data collection and manage large-scale batch processing for dashboards and models
- Define and implement AI-powered agentic workflows for data transformation and exploration
- Direct cross-functional initiatives, translating technical insights into actionable data model improvements
- Build feature store capabilities with efficient, high-volume data processing
- Simplify complex data models into clear, query-friendly structures via SQL
- 5+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering
- Strong SQL and Python proficiency
- Experience with Big Data, distributed processing, and ETL pipelines
- Hands-on experience with dbt, Airflow, Spark or equivalent technologies
- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency
- Nice to have: experience with Feature Stores, Graph Databases, ML Engineering
