Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to Italian-speaking clients within the Customer Support Services sector.

• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in the company CRM to streamline future support resolutions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our client’s values while solving technical or service-related challenges.

• Achieve individual and team-based KPIs to qualify for monthly performance bonuses.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate and relevant guidance to customers.
• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for this role).
• Previous experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing environment is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, as part of a collaborative team.
