In this role you will lead manufacturing and operational-improvement initiatives, combining engineering, investment analysis and hands-on implementation to deliver measurable results. You’ll move between strategic assessment and on-site collaboration with client teams, shaping roadmaps and industrialization efforts. The position offers cross-functional impact across production, maintenance and quality, with a focus on OEE, profitability and sustainable change. • Lead continuous-improvement projects focused on labour efficiency and/or Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Diagnose performance gaps, set targets and define implementation roadmaps
• Support industrialization of new products/processes from definition to stabilization
• Evaluate profitability and business impact of industrial investments (costs, benefits, risks, returns)
• Manage Production, Maintenance and Quality teams or lead related consulting projects
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, technical solutions and business objectives
• Use manufacturing data and legacy IT systems to support fact-based decisions and performance management
• Understand and apply SCADA, MES and PLM in manufacturing contexts
• Facilitate structured problem solving, workshops and performance reviews
• Coach and develop junior team members in analytical methods and stakeholder management
• Prepare clear business cases, executive recommendations and implementation plans
• Ensure improvements are sustained and embedded into routines and standards

• 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing or operations consulting
• Proven experience delivering CI projects focused on labour efficiency and/or OEE
• Experience with industrialization of new products/processes
• Ability to perform profitability analyses for industrial investments and business-case development
• Experience managing Production, Maintenance and/or Quality teams or leading related consulting projects
• Knowledge of SCADA, MES and PLM
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and performance management
• Ability to connect operational, technical and financial perspectives when prioritizing improvements
• Leadership, influencing and communication skills; collaborative and results-oriented
• Curiosity and ability to quickly grasp new technologies, processes and environments
• English proficiency at minimum C1
