Global IT Sr. Specialist (Product Owner) – Customer Service & Logistics, reporting to the Global IT Manager Business Partner Supply Chain, is a member of the Global IT Team dedicated to the Supply Chain functional area. As a key member of the Global IT Supply Chain team, the Product Owner plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technological solutions. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business critical applications within the domains of Logistics & Customer Service, ensuring application stability, performance, and continuous improvement, while aligning with business needs and IT governance standards.
This role involves close collaboration with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure that IT initiatives align with business goals, deliver measurable value, and foster innovation.
Key Responsibilities And Activities
Technological roadmap & Projects management
- Drive the evolution of IT solutions across the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, with a focus on order management, logistics execution and customer experience solutions (TMS Applications, Customer Platforms…).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead IT projects and collaborate with other IT teams related to owned application’s global rollouts, upgrades and integrations with Campari systems landscape.
Applications’ Management:
- Ensure system availability, stability and monitor business adoption.
- Maintain accurate documentation of application architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Manage systems enhancements request and delivery plan, in coordination with AMS teams (internal and external providers).
- Support resolution on critical incidents / escalation processes.
- Monitor service performance (SLAs) and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Skills & Competencies
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Project Management – Ability to manage technical tasks within complex projects (Agile or Waterfall).
- Business Acumen – Strong knowledge of end to end O2C, Logistics / Transportation and Customer Service processes is essential.
- Proven experience in Application Management and Service Management roles.
- Familiarity with TMS systems (Tesisquare/Transporeon, others…) and Customer Platforms is considered advantageous.
- SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain – experience with SAP modules (SD, LE, TM, MM) is essential
- Familiarity with Integration technologies (IDocs, EDI, API) and middleware solutions is beneficial.
- Experience in applying ITIL framework and AGILE methodologies is a plus.

Languages

Education & Experience
- 5+ years in similar roles within multinational or consulting environments, preferably in Customer Service and Logistics areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- International experience and a global mindset are essential.
- Certifications such as ITIL v4, Agile are considered advantageous.

Availability to travel up to 10% of time
Salary & Benefits
The indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within 40,000-62,000 + 10% STI, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall profile.
The role is classified in accordance with the collective labor agreement – level 1
