Equestrian Manager

To support the continuous growth of our new equestrian centre, we are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager (m/f/d) who combines a passion for horses with strong organisational skills and a commitment to excellence, creating a truly special place for guests, horses and team members alike.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the care, management and wellbeing of our horses
• Lead and oversee the daily operations of our equestrian department
• Plan, organise and continuously develop our equestrian programme
• Deliver riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders, as well as lead trail rides
• Coordination and supervision of the daily operations of the riding arena and stables
• Lead, motivate and develop the equestrian team
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety and animal welfare
• Work closely with the General Management and all operational departments

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in equestrian operations and horse management
• Previous leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of horse care, stable management and equestrian operations
• Excellent organisational skills with a structured and independent working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality
• Leadership skills combined with a passion for teamwork
• Enthusiasm for nature, animals and creating exclusive and high-quality experiences
• Very good Italian and English skills; German is an advantage
