We are looking for a Sales Operations / Back Office Intern to join our Milan-based team and support our day-to-day commercial operations with accuracy, curiosity, and enthusiasm.

Your Role

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will work closely with our sales and backoffice teams, gaining hands-on experience in B2B order management and after-sales operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation and management of sales orders and pro forma invoices
• Updating and maintaining customer master data
• Assisting with order processing and monitoring delivery timelines
• Helping prepare customs documentation for international shipments
• Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
• Supporting general back-office and administrative activities

Who You Are

• A recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with data and documents
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Previous exposure to ERP systems is an advantage, but not required
