As Senior Global Director, Tax and Audit, you will lead global tax strategy, compliance, and audit governance to support CAI’s expansion from 11 to 20+ countries. You will coordinate with external advisors, ensure timely filings and high-quality audits, and partner with Finance and FP&A on tax provisions and reporting. You will design scalable tax controls and drive acquisition-related tax workstreams. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role at a fast-growing multinational.
Responsabilità- Develop and lead global tax strategy across corporate income tax, transfer pricing, VAT/GST, and indirect taxes
- Maintain a coordinated global tax compliance calendar for filings, transfer pricing doc, audits, and regulatory changes
- Manage global tax advisors, audit partners, statutory firms and local providers ensuring quality and on-time support
- Partner with Accounting and FP&A on tax provision, cash tax forecasting, and tax accounting
- Own the global audit governance model including consolidated financial statement audits and country statutory audits
- Coordinate statutory audits across required countries with local teams and external advisors
- Maintain a global audit and statutory compliance calendar covering planning, fieldwork, and management representations
- Drive audit readiness through schedules, reconciliations, and documentation across departments
- Oversee U.S. benefit plan audits in coordination with HR and external auditors
- Lead tax workstreams for acquisitions including due diligence, structure review, and Day 1 compliance readiness
- Design and monitor internal controls over financial reporting
- Design and defend transfer pricing policies and intercompany arrangements
- Advise business on tax implications of country entries, contracts, cross-border deployments, and permanent establishment risk
- Build tax governance processes and documentation standards for a multinational
- Track findings and remediation commitments and report to Finance leadership
- 10+ years of progressive tax, audit, controllership, or financial compliance experience
- Experience with multinational corporate tax, transfer pricing, indirect tax, and external audit coordination
- Experience supporting acquisition integration and multi-country external auditor coordination
- CPA, JD, LLM in Tax, Chartered Tax Advisor, ACA, ACCA or equivalent strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; ability to lead in a global, regulated environment
