The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Technology Officer to partner with the CTO and lead its global engineering organization. You will oversee engineering delivery, operational resilience, budgets, and cross-divisional platforms to scale high-frequency trading and asset management systems.
You will drive platform modernization, data governance, and regulatory compliance (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2), while mentoring VPs and shaping the tech strategy for a remote-first, international team.
