In this role, you will lead regional sourcing for proteins, managing suppliers and contracts while ensuring on-time delivery and quality. You will analyze market trends to influence pricing and supply planning, and collaborate across quality, R&D, finance, and operations to drive procurement efficiency. You will act as a market expert for your category, shaping sourcing strategies and inventory management. The position offers global scope, cross-functional impact, and a focus on continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Responsabilità
  • Source and execute procurement for multiple raw materials, packaging, and CAPEX needs.
  • Contribute to departmental sourcing strategies and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Provide ongoing market insights on costs, material availability, and inventory analysis.
  • Manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, assess risk, and forecast material conditions and availability.
  • Own category pricing knowledge across global markets and support shipment and cross-department alignment.
  • Review and approve new materials or suppliers per risk assessment and policies.
  • Sourcing of strategic ingredients domestically and internationally with trend analysis and efficiency improvement.
  • Manage inventory turns of raw materials and support project innovation related to materials and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with quality control and R&D on material specifications and issues.
  • Provide information to Finance for long-term planning and budgeting, including quarterly cost rolls.
  • Develop and implement SOPs ensuring ISO, GMP and regulatory compliance.
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Bachelor degree with 5+ years of procurement experience.
  • Professional Purchasing Certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Servant Leadership.
  • Solid computer skills and excellent planning, scheduling, and analytical abilities.
  • Chemical (raw material) knowledge desired.
  • Experience with ISO, GMP and international regulatory agencies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Travel up to 40%.
