As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Business development
Creating and developing your own business unit
Developing and managing your client portfolio
Recruitment Identifying and recruiting the engineers who will be part of your team
Collaborating with the talent acquisition team to find the best talents for TMC People management
Managing your team of consultants (career management, monitoring, and coaching)
Financial management
Managing the budget and costs related to contract negotiations and salary proposals
