IKEA is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the team in Italy, focusing on budgeting, forecasting and cost follow-up within a global framework. You will collaborate with Finance and Accounting Operations to deliver reliable reporting and drive informed decision-making.
The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, ACA/ACCA or equivalent, 5-7+ years in accounting/finance, and fluency in English and Italian. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are offered.
