Responsabilità
  • Design and develop trustworthy AI components for diverse domains
  • Identify and apply cutting-edge AI technologies (ML, symbolic, dialogue) to components
  • Develop NLP/NLU and multimodal human–machine dialogue solutions
  • Explore ML techniques, causality vs. correlation, and data-driven AI methods
  • Work with Symbolic AI (ontology, knowledge reasoning, meta-heuristics) and Operations Research
  • Propose and compare design approaches to maximize customer value
  • Incorporate scientific methodology, data knowledge, and traceability into engineering
  • Maintain continuous technowatch and awareness of trends (technical, ethical by design)
  • Define system capabilities via functional, logical, and value analyses to meet user needs in various scenarios
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics
  • Proficiency in AI approaches: data-driven, symbolic, or hybrid AI
  • Knowledge of NLP/NLU, dialogue systems, and human–machine interaction
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, standards and norms
  • Ability to communicate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with statistical modelling, optimization, and machine learning concepts
  • Interest in outside-the-box thinking and user-centric design
  • Familiarity with evaluating and iterating AI components in an engineering context
