As the EMEA Power Commercial Director, you will steer the Power BU’s revenue and margin through a matrix-enabled sales approach. You’ll shape the commercial strategy, govern pricing on strategic deals, and align cross-functional teams to win complex, multi-product opportunities. Your role blends technical judgement with business acumen to forecast demand and drive profitable growth across the region. This is a high-impact, growth-focused leadership position in a global power solutions company.

Responsabilità
  • Drive BU order, sales and gross-margin targets across the full Power product portfolio
  • Translate growth mandate into a centralized commercial strategy via the central Sales organization
  • Orchestrate cross-BU collaboration to prioritize deals and mobilize technical/product resources
  • Own pricing on strategic deals, set discount guidelines, and approve pricing requests
  • Review deals for price optimization after initial technical solutions are shaped
  • Balance competitiveness with margin protection in pricing for strategic opportunities
  • Participate in SIOP and translate deal insight into accurate demand forecasts
  • Lead win-loss analyses to refine pricing, positioning, and market strategy
  • Enable the Sales matrix by informing training and strategic plans while coordinating with Product Management and Engineering
  • Identify commercial, contractual and financial risks early and coordinate with Commercial Operations and Finance
  • Champion AI adoption to improve deal analytics, pricing insight and forecasting accuracy
Requisiti fondamentali
  • 12–15 years of commercial, sales or business-management leadership experience in power, electrical infrastructure or critical infrastructure markets
  • Proven ownership of order, sales and gross-margin targets in a matrix or indirect sales setup
  • Strong pricing governance, discounting, margin management and deal structuring skills
  • Strong technical competence in power systems enabling credible technical-commercial evaluation
  • Experience with S&OP or demand-planning processes and improving forecast accuracy
  • Ability to influence and orchestrate across a matrix without direct authority
  • Global mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building across cultures and countries
  • High energy, resilience and capability to navigate a fast-growing market
