Let’s Talk about the Role

The AISProduct Market Leader will serve as a vital link between our product, sales, and marketing teams to inform our global commercial strategy.

You will act as the intelligence heartbeat for the Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) portfolio, which includes Live Tank Circuit Breakers, Generator Circuit Breakers, Air Insulated Disconnectors, and Instrument Transformers. By gathering market insights, analyzing competitive trends, and translating technical product features into compelling commercial value, you will directly influence the roadmap and positioning of our most critical infrastructure solutions.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Analyzingcomplex market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

• Translatingvoice‑of‑customer feedback into actionable data that helps prioritize our product roadmap.

• Developinghigh-impact commercial tools, including value propositions and sales battle cards, to strengthen our competitive edge.

• Leadingthe commercialization of new product introductions (NPI) to ensure our global sales teams have the technical and strategic tools to win.

• Bridgingthe gap between technical product capabilities and regional sales requirements to ensure total alignment.

• Monitoringproduct competitiveness through data-driven dashboards to keep our solutions at the forefront of the industry.

Skills for Success

You should be a strategic thinker and a strong collaborator with:

• The ability to transform complex technical product features into clear commercial and operational value.

• The capability to navigate a global matrix organization and foster strong cross-functional relationships.

• An understanding of high-voltage switchgear, power transmission, or similar industrial sectors.

• An expertise in interpreting market dynamics and competitive landscapes.

• A keen interest in driving product positioning and supporting global business growth.

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Where and how you'll work

This is a permanent position based in Noventa di Piave (Italy), Paris or Villeurbanne (France). We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.
