In this role you drive industrial cost control for Maison Valentino, shaping profitability and operational efficiency. You work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor purchases, labour costs, and production performance, translating data into actionable insights. You will develop budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to guide decision-making and support warehouse and production accounting. This position offers a meaningful impact in a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on mastery and creativity.
Responsabilità- Monitor material purchases, direct labour costs and production efficiency
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly profitability reporting with variance analysis
- Oversee inventory accounting and report warehouse movements and industrial accounting (raw materials, semi-finished goods, accessories)
- Supervise inventory counts of raw materials and finished products
- Analyze production performance indicators
- Develop KPIs to support business analysis
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of industrial accounting principles and variance analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
