Job Summary

Join our Valtellina Plant and help drive operational excellence and processes in a highly regulated production environment. In this role, you will work closely with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support the manufacturing of products that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Production Supervisors to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives emerging from Value Stream Mapping activities.
  • Support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, minimizing rework, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Support production departments in managing EBR events
  • Review batch records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and product quality.
  • Manage training activities for the departments, ensuring employees are appropriately trained and qualified
  • Perform procedural updates and continuous improvement of production procedures and work instructions.
  • Contribute to maintaining a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical...) or Life Sciences (Chemistry, CTF, Biology...)
  • Strong interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Good English knowledge, written and spoken.

Salary

The minimum annual base salary for this position is 32.000Euro.

Other Details

Employment for this position is governed by the Italian Chemical and Pharmaceutical National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).
