Overview

As a Mechanical Engineer at Ariete, you will drive the mechanical integrity of our products from concept to mass production. You will contribute to hands-on 3D CAD modeling, design adaptations, and cross-functional collaboration to align with market needs and manufacturing capabilities. Responsabilità
  • Lead product development from concept to mass production
  • Perform hands-on 3D CAD modeling and drafting of mechanical solutions
  • Design and engineer mechanical components and systems with cost and quality targets
  • Manage R&D projects with timelines and milestones
  • Execute prototyping and validation including rapid prototyping
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, and Compliance to meet market and manufacturing needs
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of designs and modifications
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Advanced 3D CAD proficiency (Siemens NX or similar)
  • Extensive plastics design experience and knowledge of injection molding processes
  • Solid knowledge of mechanical processing, plastic deformation, die casting, and assembly methods
  • Proven project management skills with autonomous work style
  • Experience in international teams, especially with Chinese counterparts
  • Familiarity with rapid prototyping technologies in R&D
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel abroad for project needs
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and information protection principles
