Nuti Ivo Group, a luxury leather producer in Santa Croce sull'Arno, seeks an HR Director to lead a comprehensive HR roadmap across five entities. You will align local practices with LVMH Group policies, manage talent, succession planning, and compensation, and foster constructive employee relations.
Reporting to the CEO with a dotted line to LVMH Métiers d’Art HR, you will harmonize HR processes, optimize HRIS, and deliver consolidated KPIs to management, supporting growth and savoir-faire
