IBM Global Sales is seeking a Customer Success Technical Architect (CSTA) to act as a trusted technical advisor for Confluent customers. The role combines technical guidance with commercial acumen to drive time-to-value, product adoption, and business outcomes across enterprise accounts in Italy.
