This means the person who will join us as a BDR will:
- Drive Business Expansion - play a key role in growing our presence in Malta and supporting projects across international markets.
- Progress Your Career - move from BDR to Manager through a transparent 13-level career path, where every step is earned through your performance.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle - build your pipeline, and progress to run your meetings, understand your market, and close your own deals.
- Be Rewarded for Results - unlock promotions, benefits, and increase commission as you hit your targets. The more you achieve, the more you earn.
Who are we seeking:
- 1-5 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B, B2C, SDR or BDR - in tech, tourism, hospitality, service sales or service sectors
- You’ve smashed your KPIs and have long-term career goals
- You’re motivated to earn commission and thrive in a driven environment
- EU passport/citizenship and willingness to move your life and career to Malta
With monthly commission and incremental pay levels, you can realistically reach: (depending on performance, base salary DOE)
- EUR 35-42k in Year 1
- EUR 52-62k in Year 2
