In this Sr. Manager role, you will lead end-to-end component delivery governance in a nuclear-qualified manufacturing setting. You will safeguard safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while aligning production, fabrication, and logistics with delivery readiness. Based in Monfalcone (GO), you will partner with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and resolve risks, delivering reliable component readiness for owners and regulators. - Promote nuclear safety and quality culture across all component delivery activities
- Own end-to-end delivery governance, ensuring alignment between production, special processes, quality release, and documentation readiness
- Manage delivery planning, commitments, and execution with realistic readiness assessments and risk mitigation
- Ensure component readiness and configuration integrity with full traceability and proper documentation
- Interface with internal/external customers, Quality, and regulatory authorities on delivery status and readiness
- Lead and develop the delivery management organization with consistent rules and cross-functional collaboration
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery performance by addressing systemic causes and implementing structural improvements
- Manage delivery risk and escalation with a proactive risk register and recovery plans
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration or related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years in project/program/delivery/manufacturing/contract management; at least 5 years leading managers or multi-project teams
- Experience in nuclear or highly regulated industries preferred
- PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent qualifications preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of nuclear safety and quality leadership, project/portfolio management, scheduling and risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills
- English professional working proficiency; Italian as needed for location
