Responsabilità
  • Promote nuclear safety and quality culture across all component delivery activities
  • Own end-to-end delivery governance, ensuring alignment between production, special processes, quality release, and documentation readiness
  • Manage delivery planning, commitments, and execution with realistic readiness assessments and risk mitigation
  • Ensure component readiness and configuration integrity with full traceability and proper documentation
  • Interface with internal/external customers, Quality, and regulatory authorities on delivery status and readiness
  • Lead and develop the delivery management organization with consistent rules and cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery performance by addressing systemic causes and implementing structural improvements
  • Manage delivery risk and escalation with a proactive risk register and recovery plans
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration or related discipline (preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years in project/program/delivery/manufacturing/contract management; at least 5 years leading managers or multi-project teams
  • Experience in nuclear or highly regulated industries preferred
  • PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent qualifications preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of nuclear safety and quality leadership, project/portfolio management, scheduling and risk management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills
  • English professional working proficiency; Italian as needed for location
