Cross Border Talents is partnering with a UK-founded digital bank to hire an Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact, assisting customers via phone, email and chat with a focus on quick resolution and fair outcomes.
The role requires Italian C1 and English B2+, at least one year in banking/financial services. You will benefit from a €1,000 signing bonus, a €500 loyalty bonus after 6 months, meal allowance and private health insurance.
